Who it’s for. Upgraders who pull mostly espresso, some milk, and want PID without a dual-boiler footprint.
Who it’s not for. Mostly-milk houses, or a first machine if the grinder is still a blade unit.
What it is
A PID single boiler in a stainless box that heats faster than the old-school tanks and steams harder than the Classic. It is an upgrade machine. If you do not yet own a real grinder, it is the wrong purchase order.
Shot outcomes
PID takes the surfing out of the morning. You still have one boiler, so milk drinks are sequential. Shots are stable enough that grind and dose become the variables you actually notice.
Build
Serviceable, not disposable. We like that more than a sealed plastic chassis with a two-year shrug.
